Kris Kringle is coming to town as the star of this year's Kris Kringle Procession presented by Giant and The Holiday Committee.  The event begins at the corner of Carroll and Patrick Streets in Frederick and ends with the lighting of the City Tree in Baker Park.
The procession mirrors the small town charm that makes Frederick so special during the holidays. Local children dressed as reindeer, snowflakes, angels, elves, and gifts will accompany costumed characters, some modern, some traditional, through Frederick's downtown streets.
CLOSE THE EVENING OUT WITH HOLIDAY CHEER
After the procession all are invited to head to Baker Park Bandshell for a closing ceremony and join the City of Frederick Mayor and procession characters in the signing of holiday tunes and the lighting the Baker Park tree.
