This is a special Food Science Class taught by our special guest, Anna Ganelina. We’ll learn how to make quark, also called tvorog, a staple in European cuisine. Soft and mild cheese, quark is delicious on its own. It can also be easily turned into many exciting dishes and desserts. Every Friday morning at 10:00am we will be hosting story time in our new Kid's Cafe area.
Bring your favorite stuffed animal and a blanket to sit on. Snacks will be served directly
following the story. (Books will be geared towards children ages 2-6 years old)
